Bill 481
We are currently Talking with a very skilled laywer. He informs us that we only have about one week to fight this. We are currently trying to get in touch with laura green to see what we can do to intercept this awefull bill that is outlawing our sacrements.. Save Our Sacrements!
Kansas
The proponents of the bill included Senator Peggy Mast; Tom Stanton, Kansas County and District Attorneys Association; and Teresa Walters, Emporians for Drug Awareness. There was no testimony in opposition to the bill.[63]
On her website Peggy Mast said - "A bill that would outlaw Salvia has entered the Senate as well as one in the House. It looks positive that these bills will get the support needed in both chambers. This drug has become widely abused and it is time to pass legislation to make it illegal."[64]
The bill was passed by the Senate (yeas 40 nays 0) on February 20, 2008 and moved on for review by the House Judiciary committee
Kansas' Bill 481 was created by the leaders of pharmacratic inquisition.
Please take a moment to see how Bill 481 victomizes and outlaws two of our divine sacrements, Salvia divinorum and Datura stramonium. We have a Dzogchen buddhist on our staff who practices the mazatec tradition of Ska Maria quids for use during meditation and healing ceremonies. The economy of the Oaxacan Mazatec indians that supply salvia divinorum is being destroyed by the US's ignorance regarding this sacred plant!
A group calling themselves: Emporians For Drug Awareness are supporting this bill. Contact Teresa Walters and let her know how much of a hypocrit she is for profaning the sacred gifts of nature!
The delphicbee has made his living through Sacred Dhutra Farms, where him and his wife cultivate Datura species for researchers and for the ethnobotanical market. Please Contact The Following people and let them know that man cannot govern nature!
